You're a likely candidate for Discernment Counseling.

You're a committed couple meaning there has been a form of stated expectation to stay together for life, with marriage, a commitment, or children, and this commitment is well known publicly.

Discernment counseling is a good fit if one of you is “leaning in” (strongly wants to save the marriage) and the other is “leaning out” (considering divorce but with some uncertainty and also with hesitancy about trying couples therapy.)

Discernment counseling is not a good fit if: a) both of you are leaning out of the marriage, or b) the leaning out spouse is fully on board with trying couples therapy.
