I have learned that the one leaning towards divorce is often dealing with unmet needs, here-we-go again conflict exhaustion, not feeling seen and understood.

I have learned that the person wanting to preserve the marriage is often dealing with the challenge of being the partner who is holding the hope of the relationship continuing, struggling to see their partners perspective, and comparison to how they feel they are engaging in the right way compared to their partner.

I have been working with couples since 2020.
