I have learned that the one leaning towards divorce is often dealing with feelings of disconnection, loneliness, and invisibility.

I have learned that the person wanting to preserve the marriage is often dealing with like the leaning out partner, disconnection and loneliness, as well as shame for somehow failing.

I have been working with couples since 2024.
