I have learned that the one leaning towards divorce is often dealing with exhaustion, uncertainty, and fear that meaningful change may not be possible. They may feel pressure to make a decision while also carrying grief, guilt, or concern about how divorce could affect their partner and family.

I have learned that the person wanting to preserve the marriage is often dealing with fear, urgency, and a strong desire to repair the relationship. They may feel confused about how things reached this point and desperate to show their partner that change is possible while fearing they may not get the chance.

I have been working with couples since 2023.
